Her date of death is unknown at this time. She was mentioned in her brother Jack's death notice. Jack died in 1942. His death information listed sisters Josie Floyd and Mrs. Ottie Cooper (of Walland) and Ellen Hardin (of Sevierville) as surviving him, along with brother Lewis King of Maryville. However, when Josie's sister, Rhoda Ellen, died in 1965, she was not listed as surviving her sister.
