  She's found in the 1870 census in District 12, Cocke County, Tennessee, listed as head of household, with her seven children. Her husband supposedly died in 1863, but her youngest child on this census was nine month old Randolph. We have no explanation for this discrepancy. She's found in the 1880 census in Upper Cosby, Cocke County, Tennessee: WEBB, Lida (45); children Nancy (18); Henderson (16); Catherine (12); Randolph (10). Everyone in the household was born in Tennessee, as were their parents; except for Lydia's parents, who were both born in South Carolina.
